But if one pursues quantity, it may at best lead to growth in the short term, but will remain a shaky foundation at base. A quantitative philosophy will not lead to integrated growth. In Consideration of the services provided by the Channel Partner,the Company shall pay the commission subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein below::a) 1% in respect of all the projects present as well as future upcoming projects of the Company of the flat cost after receipt of current outstanding as on date or 10% of the total consideration,whichever is higher at the time of execution and registraion of the agreement for Sale. (Please note : CP fees may vary during campaign and the same shall be disclosed priorly). b) The Channel Partner shall ensure that the customer executes and register the Agreement for Sale as per the format prescribed by the Company/Promoter/Develope in accordance with the provisions of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act,2016 ("RERA") and rules framed there under from time to time. c) All payments to Channel Partner shall be made in Indian Currency after deduction of applicables taxes.
the chjannel Partner hereby agrees to indemnify and keep the company indemnified and/or its successors and assigns,officers,directors,employees and representatives from and against any and all costs,losses,damages,instituted against the company ,in the event of breach of the terms of these presents and/or violation of provisions of RERA.
